You acknowledge and accept that Visit Coventry and Warwickshire may from time to time alter any aspect of the Website and/or the campaign details, entry regulations and data capture procedures, or any of the services or products provided through the Website, as it thinks fit and without notice to you. Further, Visit Coventry and Warwickshire may alter the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You accept that you will have no claim for breach of contract or otherwise in respect of any such alteration. You accept that once you have sent a reservation request for a placement on one of the three experiences, either for Coombe Abbey, Coventry Cathedral or Coventry Transport Musuem, your details will be shared with all respected partners involved in the campaign, including full name, mobile and/or land line and email address. This information will not be shared with any other third party. The information will solely be used for the venues to contact you to confirm the booking/placement and to take a method of payment for the experience in advance of your arrival, to confirm the placement . Experiences are based on customer participation levels and in some instances where there are not enough customers taking part, the venues or Visit Coventry and Warwickshire may contact you to advise an alternate date and time. If this is not suitable to you, a full refund will be provided. Visit Coventry and Warwickshire and Coventry City Council cannot be held responsible for the quality or service of third party venues offering each experience. Visit Coventry and Warwickshire and Coventry City Council have carefully selected partners who do offer exceptional levels of customer service, however, if you are the customer, feel this has not been delivered, please do not hesitate to contact Coventry City Council's tourism team under the contact page of this Website.
* Please be aware: As part of Coventry Transport Museum's £8.5m redevelopment project, funded by Heritage Lottery Fund, ERDF, Biffa Award and the Garfield Weston Foundation, the museum is undergoing extensive work during January - June 2015. The project will transform and re-energise the museum, enabling this fantastic attraction to tell the story of Coventry's proud motoring heritage in a world-class, innovative new way. The museum will remain open during your experience, and your itinerary will remain unaffected. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. Visit Coventry and Warwickshire and Coventry City Council, Culture Coventry and Coventry Transport Museum cannot be held responsible or accepts no liability for any disruption to the Coventry Transport Museum experience during the redevelopment phase. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
