Compton Verney

Description

Compton Verney was home to the Verney/Willoughby de Broke family for almost 500 years until the early 20th century. It has now been transformed from a derelict 18th century mansion into a gallery of international standing, offering a combination of high quality attractions and facilities. Compton Verney houses six permanent collections.

Opening times

Tuesday - Sunday, 11am - 5pm. Closed Mondays (except Bank Holiday Mondays) Last entry to the galleries is half hour before closing.

Directions

Compton Verney is situated 9 miles east of Stratford-upon-Avon on the B4086 between Wellesbourne and Kineton and is 6 miles drive from the M40, Junction 12. Follow brown signs.
