After aulis the attic theatre
After Aulis

Date: 18 July 2018 - 21 July 2018

Every day

Location: The Attic Theatre Bridgefoot, Stratford-Upon-Avon, CV37 6YY

Time: 19:30 - 21:00

A brand new one-woman show which mixes modern life with Greek myth; After Aulis will be hitting The Attic Theatre in Stratford upon Avon from the 18th to 21st July.

Nia's found her true love, and it isn't her fiancé. Soon she's going to have to make a choice, and it's not the one you think.

Written by new talent Rowena Cooper and performed by Emmeline Braefield, a familiar face to regular Attic Theatre fans; After Aulis is a story of sex, selflessness and stilettos. What do you do when your responsibilities catch up with you? Nia is about to find out. A dark comedy based on an Ancient Greek tragedy, this "extremely encapsulating" one-woman show takes you on a path of sex, selfishness, and stilettos. Be warned – Nia is explicit, and a bit mean… and she rhymes a lot.

It’s Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s 'Fleabag' meets ancient Greek tragedy… via Clapham Junction. Described as having “Phenomenal writing and acting – it made me forget that it was only one person on stage!” After Aulis performs at The Attic Theatre in Stratford upon Avon from the 18th to the 21st July. Tickets cost £10 and £8 and can be bought online at www.theattictheatre.co.uk/after-aulis-2 or by telephone 07952 819557.

Adult language and themes.
