The Undercroft at St Mary's Guildhall re-opens after refurbishment.
Located in the atmospheric vaulted undercroft of St Mary's Guildhall, this newly refreshed café offers a relaxed setting for brunch, light snacks, hearty lunches, or a quick coffee from their revamped menu. Just a short stroll from Coventry’s central shopping areas, The Undercroft at St. Mary’s is a perfect place to unwind in the city’s historic Cathedral Quarter.
You can expect tasty dishes at competitive prices, in unique historic surroundings. The Undercroft offers a wide selection of freshly prepared food, cooked in the same medieval kitchens that have catered for royalty and civic dignitaries for nearly 700 years (with a few updates over time).
The café is fully licensed, and we endeavour to use locally sourced and Fairtrade products where available. Children can choose from their own Mini Merchants menu, and high chairs are available for our youngest guests. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and vegetarian options are always included on our menu.
