coach driver information

Make sure your passengers experience a safe transfer to and from your coach by using one of the many set down/pick up points or coach parks located throughout the region.

You will find that many of the larger tourist attractions across Coventry & Warwickshire have dedicated coach parking facilities; however, there are also a number of set down/pick up points and coach parks in the region's major towns and citites as detailed below:

Coventry

There are two convenient set down/pick up points in the heart of Coventry - Priory Street at the foot of the cathedral steps and Hales Street next to the Transport Museum.  Coach parking is available at White Street car park.  There are six spaces available, operating on a pay and display basis, at a cost of £2.50 per day.  Overnight stays are not permitted.

Stratford-upon-Avon

The drop off/pick up point at Windsor Street is convenient for visitors to Shakespeare's Birthplace; whilst Riverside coach park at Stratford Leisure and Visitor Centre offers parking for 69 coaches.  Charges applicable are: £4.20 for up to 4 hours, £6.30 for up to 8 hours and £7.20 for up to 24 hours.  Overnight parking between 8pm-8am is available for £3.00.

Warwick

This delightful town has a drop off/pick up point at St Nicholas Park, whilst the Stable Block end of Warwick Racecourse has 25 free coach parking spaces.

Leamington Spa

Newbold Terrace provides a drop off/pick up point, convenient for Jephson Gardens, whilst there are four free coach parking spaces at Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre (no overnight parking).

Kenilworth

Abbey End pay and display features two coach parking paces at a cost of £10 per coach per day (8am-8pm).  All other times are free; however there is no overnight parking.

Facilities for coach drivers

The amenities available within all the region's major towns and cities provide ample facilities for coach drivers; however Coventry's Pool Meadow bus station offers excellent facilities for drivers and passengers alike.  On site you will find well maintained toilets, vending machines and a cafe.
