Day One
Begin your visit to the region with a guided tour of the £60million Ricoh Arena. Home to Coventry's ‘Sky Blues', the Ricoh tour provides behind the scenes access to the 32,000 seater stadium and football club, including pitch, dressing rooms, managers office, media suite, and players lounge. The tour will also takes in the exhibition hall, conference and function suites, Ambassadors suite and 71 Room and Silk Suites hotel and bistro. A brief tour of The Isle entertainment complex is also included (time permitting).
From the Ricoh, head towards Nuneaton for an adrenaline fuelled afternoon at Ace Karting. This relatively new North Warwickshire karting centre has the latest equipment and karts, as well as fantastic catering facilities, designed to give your group a fantastic hi-octane experience.
After recovering from the thrills and spills of karting, finish the evening back at the Ricoh Arena with a visit to The Isle entertainment complex. Enjoy a sumptuous meal in Farradday's restaurant, take in a show at Lady G's show bar or chance your luck on the gaming tables, roulette or slot machines - The Isle offers visitors an unrivalled entertainment experience all under one roof.
Day Two
Take a break from the fast-paced sports and leisure action and spend the morning shopping in the beautiful town of Warwick. Steeped in history, Warwick has a great selection of independent shops dealing in art, antiques and books. Take lunch at one of the town's fine cafes or restaurants and then head for Warwick Racecourse.
Lying just a few hundred yards from Warwick Castle, Warwick Racecourse is one of the oldest in the country, with racing having taken place here since the 1740's. Warwick races 12 months of the year with 23 fixtures under both codes of Flat and Jumps.
Round off your day with a night at the theatre. Opt for either pre or post theatre dinner in one of Coventry's many exquisite restaurants and take in a show at Coventry's recently refurbished and extended Belgrade Theatre.
The Belgrade is one of the country's finest post-war theatre complexes equipped with an 850 seat air conditioned main auditorium and a newly introduced 250-300 seat second auditorium. The theatre hosts an all year round programme of local and national productions as well as supporting the local community through it's youth theatre programme.
